2. Nature of Astrological Services
Divya Astro provides personalized advisory interpretations based on classical Parashari Vedic astrology. Astrology is an ancient interpretive philosophical discipline. Reports are provided strictly for self-reflection, planning, and cultural guidance. They do not constitute certified financial, legal, psychological, or medical counsel.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website (e.g. ₹199 inaugural rate) are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be completed in full before our astrologers initiate chart calculations. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices without retroactive impact on already placed orders.
4. Accurate Birth Detail Submission
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details (Date of Birth, Time, Place) you provide. Calculations depend entirely on this data. If you provide incorrect coordinates and the report has already been completed, a re-casting fee may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The personalized PDF report delivered to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Divya Astro retains intellectual property rights over the proprietary report format, design layout, and explanatory texts.
