1. Nature of Custom Personalized Digital Reports

Each Vedic astrology report created by Divya Astro is a bespoke, personalized intellectual deliverable, calculated and analyzed individually from your unique birth coordinates. Because substantial time and effort are invested into mathematical chart calculations, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

2. Circumstances Eligible for a 100% Full Refund

We stand firmly behind our delivery commitments. You are entitled to an immediate 100% refund under any of the following conditions:

Non-Delivery Beyond 24 Hours: If we fail to deliver your completed report within 24 hours of verified order placement without prior mutual notice, you may request an instant refund.

Mathematical Error on Our End: If the delivered report was calculated on birth coordinates different from what you submitted in the order form, we will either re-issue the corrected report immediately or issue a full refund upon request.

Double / Duplicate Payment: If your card or UPI account was charged twice due to a network glitch, the extra amount is automatically refunded within 3–5 banking days.

3. Circumstances Ineligible for Refund

Change of mind after the report has been drafted or delivered.
Disagreement with interpretive philosophical astrological predictions.
Incorrect birth details entered by the user without notifying our support desk before processing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, simply email us at help@divyaastro.com or message our WhatsApp support desk at +91 9310909211 with your unique Order ID (#DA-XXXXXX) and payment transaction reference. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
